This is a massive game for both teams because the winning team will find themselves just one win away from fourth place. Now that we are the second half of the Top 16, things are getting serious and there are three nights of Euroleague betting action for players to look forward to this week. The first game takes place on Wednesday the 4th of March and it sees Alba Berlin welcoming Zalgiris Kaunas to Germany.
The home side has been in good form of late with a win over reigning Euroleague champions Maccabi and then an OT loss in Barcelona. Both teams need to improve their Top 16 standings

Alba have slipped to third in the German league and they now hold a 19-4 record. Their most recent domestic game saw them lose 67-55 away to Ludwigsburg but they were scheduled to play a home game against Brose Bask on the 3rd of March.
Zalgiris sit at the top of the Lithuanian league with a 24-3 record, although Neptunas are close behind them. The most recent domestic game for Zalgiris was a 86-90 home defeat to Neptunas, which is the key factor why Neptunas are closing in on the league leaders.
Taking Alba with a -4 handicap, and odds of 1.90 is likely to be a decent bet for the action on Wednesday night.
